We are currently looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our Arkel España team, covering the Spain, Portugal, and South America regions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Foreign Trade, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development roles.
Strong command of sales support and back-office workflows.
No restrictions on traveling, both domestically and internationally.
Good command of English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Spanish is a must.
Experience with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills suited to a customer-facing role.
Experience in the elevator industry is preferred.
Valid Class B driving license recognized in Spain.
Job Description
Manage and develop existing customer accounts across Spain, Portugal, and South America.
Handle daily back-office operations and ensure smooth workflow continuity.
Conduct customer visits and B2B meetings to strengthen business relationships.
Follow up on payments and coordinate collection processes with relevant stakeholders.
Manage operational communication between the regional office and headquarters, ensuring effective internal correspondence.
Resolve customer demands and provide timely support for technical and commercial inquiries.
Represent the company at industry fairs, exhibitions, and sector events.
Support business development activities and contribute to the growth strategy of the assigned regions.
Coordinate cross-functional processes with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends and provide feedback to support strategic decision-making.
