We are looking for a dynamic, eager-to-learn, and development-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our Technical Service team.
Qualifications
Graduate of a relevant Vocational School (Associate Degree).
Preferably at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Preferably experienced in using Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
Preferably proficient in English.
Knowledge of basic accounting processes.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, professional demeanor, and excellent representation abilities.
Strong planning and organizational skills with a disciplined and systematic working approach.
Energetic, highly capable of representing the company, and successful in interpersonal relations.
For male candidates, military service completed is preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
Receive faulty products and ensure their registration in the system.
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the relevant departments or personnel.
Provide customers with accurate and timely information regarding repair lead times, shipment status, service fees, and related matters.
Prepare delivery notes and invoices for faulty products and forward the necessary copies to the Accounting Department.
Monitor customer accounts through the system, manage collection processes via telephone, and provide balance information when required.
Collect customer payments and ensure proper recordkeeping.
Archive all documents, including product failure reports, service repair forms, invoices, and delivery notes, in an organized, complete, and chronological manner.
Support team members with operational and process-related tasks whenever needed.
